A competitive selection of entrepreneurs applying for state support, carrying out activities in the field of physical culture and sports, as well as creating (developing) ski and water-skiing complexes has been held in the Lipetsk Oblast administration.

During the meeting, Sergei Bugakov, the head of the department for the small and medium-sized businesses development, said, "The support that has been operating in the region for the fourth year has attracted more than 25 entrepreneurs to the sports sector."

Subsidies are provided from the regional budget to recover part of the cost of purchasing sports equipment and equipment, furniture, rent of premises, utilities and electricity services. The subsidies recipients guarantee the fitness centers and sports clubs operation for at least two years.

This year, applications have come from 10 entrepreneurs from Lipetsk and Yelets. In 2017, 5 million rubles are allocated for this direction implementation. Subsidies are provided in the amount of 80% of the costs incurred, but not more than 500 thousand rubles per support recipient.

The head of the region Oleg Korolev said, "The ongoing dialogue between the business community and the authorities allows us to develop and implement new, state-of-the-business measures that are optimal for today's conditions."
